First of all some of these reviews are just ridiculous. I lived at Breckenridge for 3 years and have not had half of these problems. I will say that there are a lot of pets here (I'm not an animal person) and sometimes the hallways can smell because of people cooking but there is a cleaner and the smell never leaks into my apartment. The people in the office now are nice and quick. The grounds are well kept and anytime I've had a problem; maintenance was quick about fixing it. ((the reason why some people post good things on here is because they read things like some of these reviews)). I referred one of my friends here and they are happy too! If you think Breckenridge is so horrible, why would you stay there for 5 years'' My assumption is you are mad about something! If you question the complex because of these reviews then I suggest driving it at night or looking at your actual apartment before moving in. It's not a bad place to live.. there really is no "perfect" apartment complex. Breckenridge is newer and looks better than half the places in Hilliard!!
