do not rent from equity properties in columbus

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
service has been terrible from the start. managment yeses you to death. very patronizing.
landscaping crew are incompetent so don't bother to plant your own flowers. plus equity is being sold. just an all around bad rental experience. except for a very professional and courtious maintenence staff
