We have lived here for a little over 2 years now. The reason we renewed our lease was only because the manager told us QUIET people were going to move into the vacant apartment in our area. This was after we had loud neighbors to begin with. Well she lied and not only are they loud but questionable behavior is going on every night sometimes till 2 a.m.! Maintenance is subpar and the laundry room is always dirty. It definitely appears to be a great place to live and was at first but has slowly decayed

Pet friendly? Dogs seem to have more rights than renters. Our common areas are full of dog excrement, besides the continuous barking, starting at 6am, from unattended dogs chained in front of apartments. The lease rules are ONLY enforced when it is beneficial to property management. Poor maintenance is an understatement!
