This has been the worst experience of my rental history. Loud, unruly kids, toys all over the stairs, garbage outside the door for days, mucus left nightly on the tread of the stairs for months, broken glass from Christmas ornaments all over the stairs, loud music, drug dealers, quite a number of visits from the cops in the complex. One of my neighbors kids urinated on the landing. Management claimed to have addressed the issues, but problems still continued. Requests for relocation within the complex were repeatedly denied.

Nice apartments, it's a shame it's a glorified trailer park.

Maintenance is decent, but there are problems if you want to be there when they come.
