This has been the most horrible rental experience of my life!!! Of course the vacant model we were shown was okay, but when we moved in the garbage disposal was broken and the shower leaked. Those were fixed fairly promptly, but the cracked doorframe that could easily be broken into has been ignore for 9 months now. The air conditioner was "promptly" fixed, in three days after I installed a window A.C. unit. After repeated requests to the previous management company, i thought things would improve with the new company taking over. Since then I have submitted three written requests to have the door frame fixed, and its still cracked, just waiting for someone to break in. Maybe it will be one of the teenage kids that walk around with their pants around their knees at all hours. I don't even feel safe walking my dog after dark. That is if he can even find a place to do his thing, there is so much dog "waste" everwhere. (I have special shoes just for this chore.) After repeated requests for maintenance to fix probelms, the company still wants a total of $3000 to break my lease!!! Why should I have to live up to my end of the bargain if they don't' I am totally dissappointed and completely disgusted by this entire experience. I agree, this "glorified trailer park" is only getting worse every day.
