Dogs defecate all over the property
Reapirs DO NOT get fixed
ANTS AND ROACHES
Noisy Loud music all night long
Some apartments have 8-10 -------- while others have 2-4 large dogs and pittbulls
Unsupervised kids riding bikes and making trouble all over the place
This property provides no landscaping, grass is a foot tall-Literally!! and the shrubs do not get trimmed at all, growing up over the windows
POTHOLES
OVERFLOWING DUMPSTERS
NO PARKING-Once again, because some units have 8-10 illegal -------- who park their "work" trucks all over the place and fill the dumpsters with their trash from their "construction" jobs
One thing you will see, the rental office is very well maintained, nice cut shrubs and flowers with nice furniture in the office...lol

DONT MOVE TO SADDLEBROOK/ PINE LAKES!!!!!!! ------ management, ------ maintenance, no parking, streets need to be paved, the list goes on and on. I JUST signed a lease to live here for a second year and I already regret it. They don't care about anything but your money. However, I have been living here for over a year and paid my rent on time EVERY time and I STILL get harassed management over some --------. The "groundskeeper" (trash picker) is a douchebag, if it weren't for my fear of getting a hrassment charge filed against me, who knows what I would do to that old ----. People in the office don't last long- the all get fired- if that tells you anything. Wish I would have just found somewhere else to live. Good luck if you choose to move here- you'll need it!
