Not Bad - First of all some of these reviews are just ridiculous. I lived at Breckenridge for 3 years and have not had half of these problems. Very nice for the price I've lived here for 4 months-never had any problems. I've found everyone to be especially helpful and considerate and very friendly. It is a rental, so normal rental things are just part of the package, but I like it here and would recommend it to anyone

Is alright but paper thin walls. This is an alright place. Nothing to brag about or be thrilled. I wish I wouldn't had choose Cabot Cove as my residence for a year. The walls are so paper thin! You hear your neighbors! Plus apparently my neighbor smokes and I can smell the smoke in my house

DO NOT LEASE!!! I lease from them for quite some time, after a domestic violence charge I had to file on my husband (on the property!!) I had to move out because he wouldn't, he moved into his parents apartment (on the property), and I'm being sued for breaking the lease.

Legal Action if Necessary If the apartment manager and the management company are refusing to return security deposits then I think that is cause for legal action. If true, and I will find out when I leave, I'll most assuredly pursue legal action, and would highly recommend against

Keep Looking We have lived here for a little over 2 years now. The reason we renewed our lease was only because the manager told us QUIET people were going to move into the vacant apartment in our area. This was after we had loud neighbors to begin with. Well she lied and not only are they loud

The worst I've ever lived in. Don't move here. Maintenance is horrible and non-responsive, there isn't enough parking, it's noisy, the tenants are trashy including sex offenders. I'm out as soon as my lease is up.
