I have lived in Dartmouth Place for 7 months now and I absolutely love it. Jennifer the property manager is always very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance is incredibly fast and are always well mannered. Every time I have called with an issue they are there that day if not within couple hours. There always is enough parking and all areas are well lit. It is very close to Kent campus which is always a plus. I would definitely recommend Dartmouth Place Apartments to anyone! :)
