Great Apartment/Great Mgmt.

I had a great year at Dartmouth Place. The unit was in good condition, and I had no significant maintenance issues.

The best part of renting here was the property manager, Jennifer Chiarello. She was very quick to respond when I had questions or concerns.

I would reccomend Dartmouth Place to anyone interested in renting in the Kent area.
