The management was changed a year or two ago and it is so nice, if they had single apartments I would continue to live here.
We kept having refrigerator issues (probably because of my roommate) and they replaced it three times free of charge for us, doing it within the hour so none of our food would go bad.
I accidentally yanked my shades off and they replaced those as well, same with the light in the bathroom that went out.
Maintenance is the best.
The manager is letting me stay a few days past my lease just paying per day even though its an inconvenience to him, he actually called the place I am moving to work it out for me.
The bedrooms are very spacious and the closets are great.
Bills are always inexpensive since it's only electric and gas is included.
It was fairly quiet and the grounds were nicely landscaped.
I always felt safe walking around at night.
Also, you can beat how close it is to campus.
My only complaint was the towing, they are crazy about parking there, even over breaks and during the summer.
It seems excessive.
Aside from that I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

i love how this person put 5 stars for almost everything, including the garbage parking! So did the leasing office pay you to write this during work? what a joke! this place only fills up because it is close to campus, the fitness center is about as big as a closet and the dumpsters are spray painted or they get torched on a regular basis, oh and dont invite anyone over ever, you get one pass and need approval. anyways, the only extra parking they have is a gravel pit in the back field, which, by the way doesnt get taken care of at all during the winter! Save yourself the money Go to Kent Village, thats where i went i love my apartment, and, most of all, they dont screw you over!
