Lived there for 2 years..moved out due to graduation in early January. Very quiet for my dog and I. A lot of privacy and had our own patio. Utility costs were reasonable and when I had a maintenance issue they responded pretty quickly. I had an emergency heating call late one night on a weekend and the maintenance staff arrived in about an hour and fixed the problem.
Could use a little update here and there but nicely landscaped and was able to always park right at my apt. Across from campus and on the bus line.
Would recommend.
