In the few months my family and I have lived here, it's not too bad. Sure there are a few problems. It's hard to heat the smaller bedroom, fixed by getting a $20 heater from Target or Wal-Mart. This place was built in the 70's when the codes were not what they are today. I love this apartment though, it is MUCH better than Allerton (Kent State's Family Housing)!
There are a lot of frogs when it rains, but I have boys, so they love that.
We have a new office manager and she makes sure that any maintenance problem is fixed same or next day. When they come fix the problem they fix it right.
I would recommend this place to others, if I wouldn't I would not raise my kids here! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Love the apartment, don't like the owner. He refuses to fix some of the problems we've had. As long as you don't have to deal with the owner, things are great!!!
