close to campus, and pet friendly!

These apartments are very spacious and affordable. New managment has brought in a more positive energy, and been one on one with each tenant. Each bedroom is bigger than any dorm on campus, and the kitchens are equiped with new dishwashers, refridg, and stoves. Parking is close, and there is a lot of room for outdoor activities. It is quiet, and very comfortable for students, adults, and working people. I have lived all over Kent, and these apartments are the best I have been in yet.
