no matter where you go it's never going to be perfect. sure things need to be fixed from time to time and sometimes it may be a little while before someone gets to everyones problems, but it does get done at a reasonable time. i live here now and have visited here a lot prior and would say it's a good place if you're looking for a place close to school at a reasonable price. some minor things could be fixed, but nothing to throw a fit about. management is really nice and most of the people around here are alright too. not a bad place to at least check it out if you need a place.
