The apartments are in an OK condition for how old they are (70's built). Everything has a ton of layers of white paint on it, and I was told to not pick at the paint because there is lead based paint if you go deep enough. This is an apartment complex right next to campus, but you'll have the feeling your living in an elderly apartment complex. Have more than 5 people in your apartment at any time and your sure to get a complaint, not from the neighbors, the people around here are pretty cool, but from management that patrols this place. Repairs are usually quick. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.
