Good location, getting better

I've lived here for about 2 years. Only recently did this complex wake up and get rid of the strung out rental manager and her nasty woman beater boyfriend maintenance man (if you can really call him that). The new maintenance guy actually shows up and fixes something when you call, and you can actually find him on the property (unlike before). The new rental manager seems to truely care; she shows up in the office everyday, dressed like a professional, completely unlike the hillybilly creatures they had before.
