We are currently residents in this s..hole. The apartments look cute from the outside but inside everything is falling apart. We have a gas leak and they say they can not fix it. We pay $200 a month even when we don't use the gas! All the appliances are from the ICE AGE! Everything is rusty and there are cockroaches every now and then. The old maintenance guy was a liar and a cheat along with his supposedly ex-wife who was the manager. They lied to us and took our money and never paid it back. One night the maintenance guy called us from jail and told us to pay his bail and get him out. Of course we didn't go but it is just ridicilous. The new maintenance guy is really nice. Management still sucks and they are the rudest people ever. We have never seen such a poorly managed (if you can say that) place. Dont even think about seeing the place. It would be the biggest mistake you will ever make. It was for us and still is! we cant wait to move out.
