This complex is one of the nicer ones in Kent, but it is way overpriced. $750 for a 2 bedroom place is outrageous. Being close to campus is good but there are some other problems. My apartment floods in the summer and is cold as hell downstairs in the winter (no matter how hot the thermostat is set). Also, the dont salt or plow the parking lot - there is currently about 2 solid inches of ice out there. The office staff is nice but the maintenance workers are buffoons who couldnt fix a lightbublb.
