Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I lived here for one semester and it was awful. The upstairs bathroom flooded and water came through the wall into the bottom floor. The maintenece would not fix it so we had no bathroom for a couple of days and the floor was soaked with bathroom water. It is way too expensive.
