Apartment roof leaked off and on, flooded the apartment. Water poured from the electical outlets in the kitchen. Skylight in bathroom leaked the whole time. Mold everywhere. Sink stopped up constantly by the neighbors, (shared drain) flooded the kitchen three times. A shelf in the cupboard fell beause there were only two tabs holding it up, they refused to replace 30 brand new pieces of glass ware. Parking was a nightmare and in the winter their plow service is very helpful about barricading you into your carport. Place is kind of like Beruit circa 1981 but with grass. Great place if you like noisy drunken neighbors and like to shine you shoes with dog crap.
