Good place for college living

Very attractive place to live for college students. Spaceous, close to campus, fire place!!, and pool (limited time only). Not real big on partying, but we had 15 people over before.

Parking in the evening may result in a walk to get back to your apartment, and good luck trying to get your visitors parked; you'll likley need a well laid out plan to try to accomodate them.
