Whitehall is an alternative to living on campus in a dorm. I have lived within this apartment complex for three years. It is located right next to a bus stop for a free and easy ride to class. This can save you money from having to buy a 150 dollar parking pass on campus. However, the savings from the parking pass do not even equal a single months electric bill. Don't look to have a cheap electric bill while living here. If you have electric heat your bill will be soaring. The large square footage and two large and inefficient sliding glass doors do not help with efficiency. My front door also would have a draft flowing through it which really did not help with our heating bill.

We also had many roof leaks which were quickly acted upon by management. Within a day or two a roofing company was there to fix the problems. They are very quick to fix our problems when compared to other apartments around the area. During winter time the roadways within the complex were always taken care of. The plowing company kept the roads clear and the employees of the complex would clear a path on all the sidewalks.

Visitor parking is also an issue, with the limited spots. If you are planning to have guests ask them to arrive before 8:00PM Sunday through Wednesday and before 7:00PM on Thursday through Saturday. The towing company must make most of their revenues from this apartment complex. In a single night three of my friends cars were towed. Again, find a visitor parking spot otherwise look to park on campus and walk to save yourself 150 dollars.

There are large yards for everyone to play sports in during the warm weather. This is a great feature when living at this complex. The pool is large with many pool side chairs to tan and relax during the warm weather. Each apartment has a private patio which is extremely nice. It enables the residents to cook out and enjoy the weather in private. The car ports also provide guaranteed parking in front of your apartment for one of the residence. It also has storage in it for such things as wood for the fire place.
