Great Apartments I have lived here for two years while in Grad school and loved it. The staff is amazing here. If you need something taken care of the staff is on top of it, the cleaning women are extremely nice, and the managers remember your name. The apartments are small but works.

Amazing I have lived at lake street for about six months. The new management is amazing she is probably the single best manager i have ever encountered. If you have a problem they fix it right away. If you need something they bust their ass to get it, anyone would be crazy not to live here.

Great Apartment/Great Mgmt. I had a great year at Dartmouth Place. The unit was in good condition, and I had no significant maintenance issues.
The best part of renting here was the property manager, Jennifer Chiarello. She was very quick to respond when I had questions or concerns.

STAY AWAY I stayed in college towers between 2005-2006 it was terrible! The parking was the worst. I had a motorcycle and a truck at it was such a pain. If you wanted to have overnite company you had to get a parking pass from the office If you didn't have one your guests car would be towed.
