Overall not bad - I did not do much apartment hunting prior to moving to Kent and of the few that I asked they recommended Kent Village. don't live here - I have lived here a year and a half duck tape on carpet in halls. alarm doors do not work. Fighting in halls all the time. Cops 5-6 at the least coming and going. Constant drama between people. I stay inside with doors locked and things pushed up against the door. I do not let my child outside. Looking for the quickest way out as soon as we can. Great price and location! Summit Hill is a great price for the location..so close to campus and you don't have all the extra expenses like cable, gas, water, etc..all is included in the monthly rent payment. Rooms are a nice size, parking is very convenient.

Just to add: Just wanted to add that they tend to shut your water off randomly without telling you! Sometimes they are courteous enough to send an email an hour before they do it...Simco apartments usually give you a days' notice posted on your door, but not this place. VERY inconvenient
