I moved in about 2 months ago and I like it and I'm not white trash. I actually have a very good job at the hospital. Maybe the people that goes to these sites just can't pay there rent and are losers. I like my apartment and I'm very happy. If you think this place is bad read up on the other communities.

I have been there for over 2 years.... i have PAID my rent every month on time.... I do not kn ow what building you live in.... but beaver ridge has the most problems out of any apartment place here in kettering. There are a few others that are awful,.... but it shouldnt take someone weeks to get mold and mildew out of your apartment... it can make you seriously ill. seriously, everyone i have talked to here... is either moving out or is buying a house.... because the market is right for it! if your building doesnt have any issues, then im happy you like it there.... it is sad when you can find another townhouse for less than a 3 bdrm or 2 bdrm th! and it is in a better area!!

Boy you are really "big headded". It seems as if you think you are better than other people. Don't take yourself so seriousely, I mean you are fallable just like the rest of us on this planet, or are you really that special?! P.s peole who hate and judge others and call names are "TRASH"!!!!
