I lived at Fox Hunt for three years. When I first moved there the buildings were in good condition, the neighbors were quiet and it was a generally pleasant experience for the first year and a half. By the time I moved out in mid 2006 the complex had become a haven for drug addicts and their ilk. Twice a cocaine addict set the building on fire.

The air conditioning would break down almost daily. Water leaks caused a portion of the bathroom floor to collapse; it was never properly repaired. The apartment balcony, which was admittedly in poor condition when I moved in, was on the verge of collapse due to wood rot.

My building had a constant animal problem, which the management denied until I presented them with photographs. The noise level wasn't too bad except for the animals, fully grown raccoons training for a marathon in the attic can make it difficult to sleep.

This once was a very nice apartment complex and it was sad to see it go downhill so quickly. I would not recommend it unless the problem tenants can be cleared out and new management can rehabilitate the buildings.
