I lived here for a year and it was the worst year of my life. 1st of all there was a meth lab below my apt and the apt that I parked in front of was rednecks who had guns and knives hanging on their walls. I paid the extra a month for the carport during winter months because I didn't want ice on my car. I went to work one morning around 7 am and fell on the ice. I went to the office to fill out an incident report and my compensation was 2 2-liters of coke. When I spoke to the manager she said it was my fault because I should have been more careful, they don't even start salting the sidewalks until about 9 am and they don't salt the car ports. I WAS PAYING EXTRA A MONTH FOR THIS!!!! So I called corp and the man told me to let him know if I planned on moving out that month. I wish I would have. He didn't care that I had fallen twice on the ice. When we lost power in Sept. I tried to prop the hall door open to let some light in and everyday they would close it. There was also a theif in my unit who would steal laundry from the washers and dryers and break into people's cars.I used to sit on my balcony and watch the squirrels play inside my walls. At night the racoons had a field day playing in the attic. There was black mold growing on the celing outside my door When I did go to the swimming pool, the pool attendent didn't do anything but flirt with the guys that were up there and I couldn't even get in the pool because of all the unattended kids that were around. When I first signed my lease Tracy was there. They used to have great perks for living there like free breakfast, which she would make herself. And if you paid your rent on time you got entered into a drawing for some rent off. Once Rebecka got there everything changed. She is the RUDEST woman I have ever met in my life. She doesn't have time for any of the residents except for a select few. My DP&L bill was 140 bucks in December because I didn't know about the 2 inch gap in between my sliding door and the door frame. It took them one week to come and fix it because it wasn't an emergency. It's nothing but trash at Fox Hunt.

Your review about Rebecca and maintenance is so UNTRUE. Rebecca and JoHannah and the maintenance people are all kind and great. I've lived here now going on two years and every single time that I put in a work request they were over the same day. There are thiefs everywhere don't blame that on Fox Hunt. Fox Hunt is a great place to live.

The review on Rebecca is VERY true. Maintenance did an ok job. Every time I went in there was a different girl so I don't know who JoHannah is. I'm glad you like it. But you get what you pay for. Cheap rent=cheap living.

Fox Hunt is trash. Please nobody live here. Cheap rent=cheap living is so true. The worst apartment I've ever lived in.
