Great staff. They work well with their renters. Maintenance is always helpful. The apartments are conveniently located across from Meijers, McDonalds, Blockbuster, as well as plenty of other shops and stores. About a mile from the Greene. Great price, especially for its location. Safe, and well kept.

How is the heat in the 1/2 bedroom homes? eficient? expensive DPL bills?

I have a 1 bdr and since I live on the third floor, my heat doesn't have to be set too high. My DP&L varies from $30-$50 a month. But the $50 bill occurred when I used to have the air on blast because of the little heat wave we had.
