Love it - This is my first apartment, and I am definitely spoiled with a perfect sized 1 bedroom apartment. I typically can find a parking spot and I do feel safe in the apartment. I love my apt in the Residenz I really enjoy the beautiful scenery and location that the Residenz is located in. The maintenance will come out and fix your problems lickety-split. I live on the bottom floor and sound is not much of an issue at all. I've lived in much louder/newer apartments.
