I lived in the Castlewood for 2 years. The grounds and maintanance were kept in very good condition. The apartment layout and ammenities were excellent and the tenants were very respectful of each other.
Throughout my stay, I was very disappointed with the full-time office staff. The continuously overlooked simple requests, such as sending leasing information to prospective tenants. They never even had me sign paperwork for my second year lease!
Overall, the maintanance staff couldn't be better and the suites were a delight for residence.
