I really enjoy living in Castlewood. My apartment was clean and in great condition upon arrival. I completely echo the previous comments about the fantastic maintenance service. A FT maintenance staff person lives in the building and he's great. The underground parking is so nice in the winter. My guests have never had a problem finding a guest parking spot out back. Laundry in unit is awesome.

Unlike the last reviewer, I have not had much of a problem with noise. If someone is talking loudly next door I can hear the voice but not the details. Loud talking in the hallways is audible in my apartment, but that seldom happens as the building is pretty quiet.

The residents are at all different stages of life. Lots of older folks, some young professionals like myself, some students, and a few families. The management and residents do a good job of arranging events for those looking to socialize with neighbors...movie nights, holiday dinners, etc.

It is an easy, quick commute (15-20 mins) to downtown Cleveland. Especially convenient for those working on the west side of downtown.

Weaknesses: The exercise room is small and the few pieces of equipment are pretty dated. The hours are limited (8am-10pm) so it is impossible for me to use before work. Hallways are drab and hotel-like. Sometimes the office staff does not return calls in a timely manner.
