Absolutely the worst living experience for the money one could imagine. The staff treats you like gold until three months into your lease then they are too busy with move ins. If you complain they tell you that maybe you should move. Yes the building is at almost full occupancy BUT people leave every month who are discontent and new victims move in. Zaremba cannot follow through with any common area projects. Example: they replaced the HVAC doors on all the floors months ago and they are just hanging there unpainted, with no hardware or transoms. Common area windows, walls at times filthy. Ive seen human fluids more than once on the walls of the elevators and there is absolutely NO SECURITY outside of a few cameras connected to a recording device. God forbid they do something for the current residents theyre too busy making their band aid appeal to the new people. They offer one satellite cable service its awful, I could go on but why bother' Just DONT MOVE HERE!

This review and those below regarding Castlewood are being kind. The building - the management and the Zaremba Company are a joke. All they care about is if your cheque clears. The 'staff', when they find the time to answer the phone are rude and patronizing, and will tell you anything to shut you up - including that if you don't like it here you can move. Its sad in some ways, the building has great potential and Zaremba could be making bank here if they knew what they were doing - like supplying customer service and drop the attitude. A 40 year old building with no upgrades is not exactly a Ritz Carlton. When my lease is up I'm outta here..
