Gee why answer the phone'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Does anyone EVER answer the phone at Castlewood on the weekend' Its a joke you call the office and its a crap shoot then on top of that you get attitude. Why have a office on the weekend' The women (The Leasing Agent) who is there is a loser and all youre told is you need to call back when --------(The Manager) is here not my idea of customer service at these prices.
