for being in the middle of lakewood on detroit and for the price, its decent. most other apartments in the area are older, without central ac and whatnot. the people in the office are very friendly and personable. bedrooms are large. plumbing is ok, and the bathrooms could be maintained better. our flooring was bad and they replaced it with the cheapo crap you find in elementary schools. the hot tub is either 3849793284 degrees or cold, and the exercise equipment looks like its from 1955. parking is obnoxious, especially on weekends when people come out to the bars and sneak up here to park. you do get one space assigned in the garage. im not going to rent here again, because i think you can find better for the money, but overall its ok. it is a close walk to alot of stuff in lakewood, which is a bonus.
