- Convenience, close to downtown, and CSU.

- If you want to live here choose the highest floor because it is built by hardwood.
So you will hear someone walking from upstair. If you have imsomnia this will make
you crazy. However, this is going to be your dilemma, when you do groceries, that
might be a problem (no elevator). If you shop alot like me buying stuff from
wholeshale, you will lose a lot of weight. Also when you have a lot of stuff in
such as furniture; that might be a problem too. The stairs are too small.

- When you work at night, you better have your own garage. But, the roof garage is
kind of small for $30. You have to have a skill when you park, especially on
winter, it's sliperry and hard to get in because it has different level pavement.
So when you don't have a garage you'll park somewhere close to the rail road.
(Walking exercise ).

- Laundry also located at downstair, so you have to do exercise again.

- Mail box also in the laundry room, exercise again.

- When you get a package, you better at home, or you might end up
picking up your stuff at their office. (another gas exercise) OMG Not again pls...
So, choose USPS, not UPS, FEDEX, DHL.

- You should have your own A/C, otherwise you will feel like living in hell.
The apartment doesn't have Luxury things, No central A/C like that.
SO, don't buy a cheap Window A/c things, they won't work to cover your apartment.

- Finally.. Yeah it's free Radiator Heather...............................
But, when you feel too hot, you can't control the heat. So you have to open the
window. That's not good.
Moreover, Sometimes they will turn it off, but when it's cold (you know Ohio
Weather)you'll be freezing, you might need to buy a small heather for your sleep.
Plus it's hardwood, you might just using your shocks all the time, or your wearing
coat in your apartment :)

- Most people live there are nice. Mostly eduacated.

- It's expensive. (it'll be increase every year.)
