AZ management isn't very customer-service friendly. They have questionable ways of reviewing applications and when you ask for detailed answers, you will get the run around. If you have fair credit,they will charge a double deposit or ask for a co-signer. I was recenly approved for a mortgage, a new car, and two major credit cards but, i won't be able to rent at the Colonial Club without a double deposit or a co-signer, sounds a little strange to me.
