I have to say that it's quite good in the beginging when i moved in 2007, March. The managment team is responsible. the neighbors are nice and educated. after year 2007 summer, It's really bad apartment for me.i think coz the a-z apt change their manager frequently. The enviroment is really bad after that . it is dirty,noisy,ugly and you don't have quiet and considerable neighbors even you try to complain to the manage office. they are not trying to help or solve the problem. besides, you heard somebody yell in the middle of the night or turn on the music in the car. but it is really loud and it's around 2 a.m. in the morning. outside of the parking lot, i have expeirianced that a begger asking for money. i don't feel safe at all. I finally moved out in the end of January 2008. i tried to ask my deposit back, but they (the management office and the main office ) cliamed that i didn't set up an appointment before i moved out.(When i hand in the key, they didn't say anything or ask me to sign any form) They said they use my deposit to fix and clean up all the things ( $465.And i am super sure that i clean and inspect every corner before i moved out. And the guy from the main office called Paul Williams is extremely low class and rude. He is very impatient to listen to you(well..he doesen't even want to hear, because he break your sentence all the time) and very rude to tell you that because you didn't read the contract and didn't try to set up an appointment with the manager. We have the right to have your deposit to maitain the apartment.(and hang up...how nice service he has) Anyways, just want to say that this is not a good place to live. If you try to save money, this is not a way to save. becasue after you moved out, they will trying to charge as much as you can. I strongly suggest that don't live in this apartment if you have another choice.
