AVOID THIS BUILDING AND THESE OWNERS AT ALL COSTS!! I lived here for 9 of the longest months of my life.

The apartments are beautiful, and have not seen any decent maintanence since the Kennedy administration.

Apparently the owners have some kind of in with the building department, because this place should have been condemned.

I had no heat in my livingroom, a sagging ceiling over my bathtub, a toilet that leaked waste into my bathroom for 6 MONTHS before it was repaired, (and that was only because I said I would have it done myself and take it out of my rent.)and a completly discusting laundry room where the washers and dryers never worked, anyway.

The McNealys would post signs everywhere reminding people that the rent was due by the 1st, but they had no qualms whatsoever about making their tenants wait indefinaltly for the most simple repairs.

Most of these problems were disquised so I didn't notice them until I had already signed my lease.

I knew I was going to have trouble when I realized no one had locks on their mailboxes.

When I asked for one on mine, I had to threaten to rent a post office box and take it out of my rent before one appeared.

Only the threat of a loss of money will get these people to do anything.

They will rent to anyone, and I mean ANYONE.

The building is loud, and most of the noise is created by family members and thir miscreant friends.

So, unless you can convince them to take thire rent in poultry and canned goods, go somewhere else.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
