nice first apartment

the positives
you can paint the walls/hang things with screws
very thick walls, never had a problem with noise
nice size
pets are allowed, and they waived the usual pet fee for my boyfriend and i
nice view of the street
2 minute walk to the lake, 10 to cvs/giant eagle/flower child!
if you need something repaired, they are pretty quick about it

negatives
-no garbage disposal.

this one really sucks.
-while showering, the water will randomly get SCALDING HOT for a few minutes
-the elevator is usually out of order
-so is at least one of the washers/dryers.

but that is because of idiots in the building using canadian coins.

overall, the apatment is nice.

we will be moving next year, as they will be gouging our rent again.

this year, they tried to raise it by $100, but my boyfriend talked them down.
