This place is now a dump

I've been here two years, and this place in the last six months has turned into a total dump, and I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up.



Here are my issues:
1.

The building is always dirty.

I haven't seen anyone clean the stairways in months.
2.

Neighbors are loud, crashing into walls all night long and fighting all night.

Dogs barking at 3 a.m.


3.

Rent is way overpriced.
4.

The washing facilities suck.

The wash room is always dirty.

The dryers are always jammed.

One dryer has been broken for the past three months.
