I lived at the Edgewater for a year and couldn't wait to get out.
Don't ever rent from AIY unless you enjoy: gas leaks, no heat, your neighbors toilet leaking into your place, and continuously nagging them to fix things only to find out the repairman doesn't know how to repair ----.
He told me my stove wasn't leaking gas after the gas company told me otherwise and then proceded to ask if I had a bobby pin so he could clean out the burners...IDIOT! So, don't rent from AIY unless you want to be cold, pissed off, and continually wondering if your health is at risk.

I lived at the Edgewater and found AIY extremely easy to work with. They always responded to my work requests within 24 hrs and were capable of fixing anything I called about. Their suites at this building are beautiful and they do an excellent job of keeping the building nice and clean.

12505 EDGEWATER apts have awesome woodfloors, is pet friendly and a great staff that immediately respond to our needs.... repairs are fixed in 24 hours and the management property is easy to deal with and are extremely friendly... the maintenance crew is well experienced and on top of the needs of the tenants.... thank you for caring about us and making my apartment like my own home
