| I lived at the Edgewater for a year and couldn't wait to get out. Don't ever rent from AIY unless you enjoy: gas leaks, no heat, your neighbors toilet leaking into your place, and continuously nagging them to fix things ... more | ||||||||||||

| My biggest complaint by far is the lack of heat. During the winter my apartment was typically 58-62 degrees. I would call the AIY offices repeatedly and leave messages. Not one message was ever returned. My lease expires this summer ... more | ||||||||||||
