The apartments are a little small. It's right on the corner of Madison and Belle so there is a lot of noise. The onsite manager was attentive for the most part, but never had maintenance come and fix my ceiling after it leaked really bad (they stopped the leaking and even came and shampooed the carpeting for me since it stained pretty bad). You can't hear much through the walls, so it's pretty private and the controlled access was great, especially for the location. The assigned parking was a plus as I never had to worry about looking for a parking spot, but I don't think they should have charged residents $15 a month to park in the lot. Overall, not a bad place to live if you like the night life in Lakewood.
