I have lived in the Executive House Apartments for over 4 years and am very pleased with everything!! It appears that the negative reviews are unfounded. Since the current company bought the building they have made countless improvements including: New windows, renovated lobby, new gargages, new landscaping, new laundry facilities,new lighting, intercom access, etc. The building is kept clean in and out at all times. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly and is usually there the same day to make repairs. There is even a 24 hour emergency number you can call and get a "live" human being on the other end of the line!Management is excellent at communication, when the elevator was out of service, which is rarely, signs were posted everywhere, when the water needs to be turned off we have advance notice, my apartment is al;ways left in clean condition after repairs. The basement had taken in water due to some sewer issues which have been repaired after the problem was identified. I would highly recommend Executive House Apartments or any other property manged by Winwood Properties.
