Ever since this building was purchased by an out-of-state landlord and operated by a company called 3 Streets North, service and maintenance of this bulding has been terrilbe. Waht was once a nice building is now maintained by absentee landlords who don't care about their tennants. Contact information for the actual landlord is impossible to find and the company who manages the building ignores residents calls and concerns. Dont' rent in this building.
