Run away from this building! Disaster.

Owner is not even in the same state.

----- the leasing lady is a -----------------.

3Streets north used to run the place and that was a joke as well.

Before them Madison Development was pretty good and the manager --- after was great but since then it has been all downhill.
The rents are overpriced.

The security is nill...you can walk right in off the street.
Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner if at all.

The parking lot has no one to patrol so people block you in and park wherever they want.
