First and last...I have personally seen the owner trying to vacuum the stairs (with no adue) There must be at least 10 or more cats in the building. on every floor the are different color hairballs. Spiders from the hall ways find their way in the apts. Some tenants were promised front door keys. I know of one that has been here for five years and still no key. Laundry room looks like the basement.. Old bikes stacked along the walls. Drywall falling from the laundry ceiling. Have you seen the movie The Changeling'''' But with pooooor taste.
