 Rent is a little less than other apts the same size in same area. If you are trying to save a buck, go for it. But consider the hassles. Elevator broken for last 4 years. Halls smell of pet urine. Laundry room ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
