This place is a dump! I don't even know where to start.
Let's see these are just a few of the things that happend while living here:

Our car was broken into so management let us put it in the garage while we waited to have it fixed (would not lock) and cement from the roof fell on it.

My kitchen pipes exploded and flooded the entire kitchen.

A pipe behind the wall in my bedroom burst (common) so maintenance had to tear a 1 foot hole in the wall and then they left it that way for two weeks. I had to smell nasty musty wet air. I felt like I was sleeping in a 100 year old basement.

Puke, yes puke in the elevator! Sex in the swimming pool! Loud parties in the Penthouse that go all hours of the night!

And now the newest thing is two cars were torched in the parking lot!

All this and a 42 year old over-priced apartment with original kitchens and bathrooms. Plus the new people in the office are rude!
