Where to begin'
Office staff treats you like crap. They don't return phone calls and are rude when they do. Puke in the elevators, routinely. When asked to do something about mold in the hallways or smoke in the common areas, they blow it off and take weeks to do anything about it. When they do something, it's a half-hearted effort.
Maintenance work is crappy, time-consuming and usually worse than you'd expect. Supervisors are worse than office staff. Escalating issues to managers is futile.
Increased Rent from $500/mo for a studio to $650 in one year.
If you have a choice to rent in this building, and from their management company, do NOT do it. Save yourself the time and effort and find someplace worth renting. But this isn't one of those places.
