I have lived here a little over a year. The building is nice and quiet. I have always felt safe and have never had problems with my car in the parking lot. The managment is in the process of upgrading the public areas and while not in my taste the changes are nice. They replaced old machines in the fitness center which was nice, but they only put in a few new machines, so if you want to walk on the 1 treadmill you have to stand in line, which of course is bad. They let some nice staff members go, most noticeable there is no longer anyone here after about 5:30 or 6 PM which is a hassle if you need assistance or need to see the office staff. I was told the heated pool was open much longer than it really is. It opens Memorial day and closes Labor day.

The people that live in the building are changing. Orginally everyone in the elevator was at least 75. More younger people are moving in. The occupants really aren't very friendly, so if you are looking for a community feel look elsewhere.
